So much to do, so little time.
We get it. Whether you’re planning Welcome Week, RA or OL training, a leadership conference, or one of the many other events for students on campus, we know that there’s a lot of content that students have to know.

Creating a playful space makes it easier for them to:
  • process new information
  • feel safe to be vulnerable
  • try new things
  • connect with other students
Our tools and trainings provide you with ways to integrate playfulness into the sessions you’re already doing. Let us kick off your training and then continue the fun throughout the week with playful energizers and debriefs led by your students based on the skills we taught them.
Empower students to create their own playful campus.

"Our student leaders learned to work together and trust themselves using the Flop Balls. Paul and Dawn have students think about leadership in an out-of-the-box way that allows them to get creative. We are grateful for their excitement about teaching about leadership."
Dana McStowe, Director of Community Engagement & Leadership Development,
Dominican University

Leadership training
Train your RAs, OLs, SGA, wellness interns, and other student leaders to create playful spaces for building community among their peers. We reinforce the importance of play as a tool for important leadership skills of self-awareness, curiosity, and vulnerability. And they walk away with a new tool for engagement - Flop Ball exercises they can integrate the next day.
Team building workshops
Engage RAs, LLC members, peer mentors, or students/staff in learning a playful new skill and then applying it to competitive and creative challenges. Laughter fills the room as they struggle, strategize, and succeed, together. Continue to build on these skills in follow up meetings to further solidify the connections made.

Interactive keynotes
Empower students to step outside their comfort zone. Speaker Paul Miller shares his story of how learning to juggle gave him improved focus, a tool for socializing, and an enthusiasm for learning. Students learn a skill and practice three easy steps to make approaching new situations less daunting. Whether it’s joining a club, meeting people, or taking Organic Chem - your students will be ready!
Pop up play stations
Reinvigorate minds, bodies, and connections. We bring a table full of skill toys from around the world to engage and energize students. They leave with a Flop Ball to continue to integrate play breaks into their daily practice. An excellent addition during high stress times. Also great for intergenerational engagement during Family or Homecoming Weekend.

Our incoming students really enjoyed learning about teamwork and building connections.  I was nervous about how they would bond with one another, but the workshops were so fun. That made it easy for students to step out of their comfort zone!

Thank you SO much! Our students LOVED the session. Students were carrying their Flop Balls around today as we were welcoming new students. They keep reminding me and their fellow students that play is important, especially when trying to recharge. Thank you for coming and offering resources for them. This really is worth it.

Dawn and Paul truly know how to 'juggle' professionalism with kinetic play! Our collaboration was seamless and their engaging delivery kept our students on their toes, both mentally and physically. Their unique approach was a 'ball', blending fun and valuable lessons with ease. A must-have experience for any group looking to elevate their dynamics. Highly recommend!

It was a great RA Training! We really enjoyed the enthusiasm and energy Dawn and Paul brought and how they incorporated introspection and awareness. Flop balls have a lot of potential to increase student engagement on our campus.

The whole session flowed so well and I could see how our students were resonating with the activities. The debrief was powerful - your small group questions helped them reflect on how their juggling experience connected to real life applications around their well-being and resilience. I wouldn't change anything.

Our students very much enjoyed FLOP ball Kinetic Play and the metaphors you presented that help build a mindset for perseverance and resiliency. We are excited to use these activities in our peer leadership programming.
