Equip OLs to Create Connection That Sticks

We train Orientation Leaders to create authentic connections fast with simple, playful tools they can use all summer. So new students feel seen, engaged, and included.

Through experiential exercises OLs practice key leadership skills like modeling vulnerability and curiosity which build trust and create belonging. They leave with activities they can use immediately (and repeatedly).

What campuses notice:

  • Less “forced fun” energy; more natural conversation and laughter

  • OLs use the tools during training, orientation week, and beyond

  • Inclusive by design - quiet leaders and anxious students join in

  • OLs bond faster as a team - shared energy, vulnerability, and deeper connection

“At our wrap up Playful Campus received the most mentions for best part of the day. I knew it would go well but didn’t anticipate such buy-in from our students.”
Pam Fleck, Assistant Director of Student Affairs, Penn State Lehigh Valley

Kept. Used. Shared.

Playable swag that gets tossed around - never tossed out. Add a QR code to the back (linking to schedule, map, app, support resources) and you’ve got identity, connection, promotion, and a built-in play break in one.

  • Tactile & satisfying - students pick it up immediately

  • Quiet play that works in lines, lounges, and tabling

  • Easy to pass around → easy to start conversations

“We used Flop Balls during Orientation Week and Spring orientation. We could see the students getting to know each other, building friendships, and connecting through these activities.”
